The 4th hotel now operates both as a boutique hotel with luxurious accommodation and a budget conscious hotel with affordable rooms that offers various facilities.
On Thursday 29th of February 2008 the hotel opened a new coffee shop and lounge bar called Studio 29 which will be available to both guests and the general public.

On the weekends you will find live music in the evenings boasting Iceland’s best musicians in their field. The Studio serves breakfast, lunch and also a variety of small courses through out the day. The hotel can also arrange conference, meetings and families celebrations for up to 35 people. A luxurious and delicious breakfast is served between 07:00 - 10:00. From Monday to Sunday.
