There are 10 cosy light rooms with private facilities equipped with double or twin beds, TV, direct phone. 3 rooms have an old restored fireplaces which will bring your imagination to St. Petersburg in the beginning of the 20th century. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the mini - hotel.
Mini-hotel "5 evenings" is located in the historical city centre ( Petrogradskiy island), 5 minutes from "Petrogradskaya" metro station, 25 minutes of walking distance to Aurora, Peter and Paul fortress, Peter's the Great house. 5 minutes of walking distance to the St. Ioan monastery and Botanic Garden.
The house was built in the 1910-1913 by the famous Russian architect Mr. Kriganovsky in the style of the Northern Modern. The building won the silver medal in the city facade's competition. In summer 2008 the facade was fully restored.
The lobby place is spacy and nice: there are air-condition, cooler with hot and cold water, TV and places to rest on.
There is no restaurant in the guest house but the nearby area is full of bars and nice places to come for dinner.
Fire and safety assurances are strictly followed. There is a video observation at the entrance, stairs and reception.
We'd like to inform you that starting from the 1st of February,2009 the one-time registration fee in amount 200 rubles will be charged from each of our foreign guests.
The payment should be made by the guests on the arrival to the hotel by cash or by credit card.
