Ana Hotel offeres a vision which Is to become the leading hotel company in Sibiu by providing exceptional services to guests who come back again and again to there.
It started with a small motel of 20 rooms to satisfy the needs of transit travelers, then extended to a modern hotel of 85 rooms and now expanded with the addition of two new hotels to the family.
The aim is to cater for the needs of travelers to make them feel as much as possible at home by providing personalized services that not only meets but exceeds guest expectations most of the time.
The secret of success is that the management listens closely to the guests and strive to answer to their needs to make their stay more pleasant; another factor is that it listens to the employees which are the biggest asset to improve the services further. |
