This resort hotel was built in 1997 in response to the rapid growth in tourism in Canmore and the Bow Corridor. Renovated in 2009, it offers 187 rooms spread across 3 floors. Over the years, the hotel has continued to upgrade by renovating guest rooms, the lobby, the breakfast room and the ballroom. Air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access all feature. For a small fee, there is a laundry service on site and an Internet access point in the lobby. A car park is provided for guests arriving by car, and there are 3 conference rooms on site.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day for any guest needs. Check-in time is from 4 pm, while check-out is by 11 am.
