The Comfort Hotel With is right on the Tromso harbor, along with the Rica Ishavshotel and the Clarion Hotel Bryggen, but less expensive. (Nicer-looking than the next-door Clarion, although Choice considers Clarions to be their higher class of hotel). Design mi...
