Built in 1990 and renovated in 2004, the hotel complex has apartments, each with 4 floors without lifts. The facilities include a 16-hour reception desk with a lounge area, a hire safe, telephone, satellite TV, individual heating and kitchenette. The property also offers guests a coffee shop, restaurant and bar. In addition, the hotel features Internet access and laundry service.
The reception service is open from 8 am till 12 midnight (16 hours). Cleaning is done 4 times a week, change of towels and linen once a week. Check-in after 3 pm and check-out until 11 am. Pool bar open from June till September. Sun loungers and parasols are available in summer (June to September). Pets are not allowed.
