In this restaurant any type of credit card is accepted. The cuisine consists of exquisite Argentinean dishes as well as international fare. You can enjoy your meal at “Tipuana” with the best wines from all over the world. One of our most requested dishes is the “Cabrito Cordobés” (Cordoban goat). In the northern part of the province the best goats in the region are raised. The preparation consists of baking the goat with oil, lard, lemon juice, ground “ají” chilli or black pepper, oregano, and salt. It comes with golden potatoes flavoured with olive oil, thyme, and salt. |
