The creation of Qelqatani Hotel is born as an idea on 1992, the proyect for the hotel is started in 1996, opening its doors to the public on the 23er of March of 1998.
This family dream became real after 25 years, having this time gather experience in the Hotel and Tourism Industry. This family of the hotel was one of the first ones to stablish a solid foundation in the travel agency field and well as the hotel industry.
Nowadays, the whole family dedicates their time to fulfil the desires and neccesities of the guests, this way providing a better service, which is always the best. Considering that most businesses are not followed or directect by the owers, which not always the best quality service for the guests. |

2. 別途規定がない限り、規定キャンセル期限以内にキャンセルをされる場合には、一泊分のキャンセル料が課されます。
3. ノーショーの（ご予約後キャンセルなくご滞在がない）場合、別途キャンセルポリシーで規定のない限り、一泊分のキャンセル料が課されます。
