The staff at the Sea View Hotel is efficiently friendly - welcoming and helpful without being overbearing, and well trained in their position. Some of the staff have been with the hotel for a number of years, and have become as much a feature of the hotel as any other. Today there are specialised institutions to train prospective hospitality employees, and certification from such institutions is mandatory before employment in even the most menial of positions.
