The hotel features 272 rooms and spacious suites. Facilities include the Les Dunes restaurant, Bar Louisiana, a children's area with monitor in July and August and a play house for the younger guests. There are also garages and fully equipped conference rooms of varying sizes. For guests' convenience, a free minibus service is provided, running at regular intervals throughout the day to the centre of Valencia.
Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by midday at the latest. The hotel is open the whole year round. Children's beds can be arranged free of charge. Pets (medium sized dogs up to 20 kg) are allowed in the hotel for a surcharge. Additional fees are to be paid directly to the hotel.
